Limited Run Games is bringing back a classic 1987 video game, announcing that the Jaws video game will be getting new physical editions with an enhanced version of the game.

Limited Runs’ new Jaws video game release will begin holding preorders for the game on December 19, 2025, with preorders running through January 18, 2026. The game will be available on both PlayStation 5 and Nintendo Switch, and will be available in a litany of editions for fans of the game.
The base edition of Jaws: Retro Edition will retail for $34.99, and will feature a physical copy of the game and a booklet. A more premium “Bigger Boat Edition” will be available for $99.99, though, and include a ton of physical goodies, including:
- Physical copy of the game
- Everything included in the Retro Edition of the game
- NES-inspired box
- Game Soundtrack on a physically pressed CD
- Pin badge Jaws keychain
- Pixelated Shark Lamp
The rerelease of the 1987 NES classic will also feature its own litany of changes. The new version of the game will feature both original and enhanced versions, which lets players relive the original game or check out the newer version should they want.
